Tattooland - Classic Thermal Transfer Paper XL

This version of our Classic thermal Transfer Paper is the XL variant with a size of 21 cm x 35 cm (8.5" x 14").

Tattooland's Classic Thermal Transfer Paper is designed specifically for printing tattoo stencils and is compatible with all thermal stencil printers. With over 20 years of experience in supplying tattoo artists globally, Tattooland has used the feedback from customers to create their very own Classic Thermal Transfer Paper.

Available in two sizes: the standard A4 size measuring 21 cm x 29.7 cm (8.5" x 11") and the larger XL version measuring 21 cm x 35 cm (8.5" x 14"). Both sizes can be purchased in either a box of 100 sheets or a smaller box of 25 sheets.

Similar to the Classic Thermal Transfer Paper commonly used by tattoo professionals, this thermal transfer paper also consists of four distinct layers.

1. Top Sheet: The classic white tracing sheet where your image is transferred onto.
2. Protective Sheet: A removable, milky-white protective layer.
3. Carbon Sheet: A purple/blue carbon sheet which transfers onto the top white tracing sheet.
4. Bottom Sheet: The yellow sheet that holds your design during printing.

How to Use Tattooland’s Classic Thermal Transfer Paper:

1. Position your design face-up between the carbon and bottom yellow sheets, aligning it with the perforated edge.
2. Remove the milky-white protective sheet.
3. Load the paper into the printer with the top side facing up and the blunt edge first.
4. Start the printing process. Initially set the printer to medium exposure, adjusting as necessary for optimal image quality.
5. Carefully peel off the top white sheet from the carbon sheet, starting at the corners. It’s essential to separate them as quickly as possible for the best results. Remove this sheet from the perforation.
6. The design is now ready for transfer onto the skin.
